Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 43500 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. Contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

43500 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Required documents may include a national ID, bank statement, or other relevant supporting documents. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in a temporary account suspension.

43500 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account if there is suspicion of fraud, a breach of terms, or any unlawful activity. In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be subject to review before a refund is processed.

All transactions on the 43500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include FPX (direct bank transfer) and TNG eWallet. Minimum and maximum deposit limits will be displayed in your account section during the deposit process. 43500 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the applicable limits and procedures. Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit — this is a security measure to prevent fraud. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take up to several business days.

In the event of any technical or system error during a transaction that results in an incorrect credit or debit, 43500 reserves the right to correct such errors. Users are required to report any inconsistencies in their account balance within a reasonable time after the incident.

We reserve the right to conduct necessary compliance checks and request supporting documents for any suspicious transactions or those exceeding certain thresholds. Failure to comply with such requests may result in the suspension of the transaction or account.
